I'm using a plugin that dynamically generates a HTML file outside of the theme for shipping labels, I use a lot of the theme wide styles for controlling the appearances of elements within this file, and I want to be able to reference the compiled CSS file. Is there a function that I can call that will return the URL to the most recent compiled CSS asset?
We're currently in development, so I can't just hardcode the reference the compiled asset as it changes.

I'm keen to be able to do this too.
