Hey Marco,

Could you give a bit more details about your query as putting your CSS in the footer would cause displaying issues? WordPress doesn't really have a way to move other scripts than JS in the footer unless you print it inline. Since Beans can compile everything in one file to speed up pages, this has to be in the header.
