I'm Create a child theme using beans. I found some issue "Css style not work" I try to change many element in theme like body background color, footer color, etc

If you download the official Starter Child Theme, you will see that style.css and style.less are automatically enqueued for you. You can then choose which one is more suitable to your project. I would suggest to download, install and activate the Starter Child Theme and start from there.
