Update Theme layout

Hello any one tell me How to change theme layout through child theme without editing beans parent theme files as i need to put footer section out of wrapper?

Could you give us a more details about what you are trying to achieve. Are you trying to add content before the footer wrap? A quick mock up could help too 🙂

We want to make footer at bottom structure as we need to remove vertical scroll. Look at below page http://mfg-devs.com/demo-themes/wp-engine/contact/ when content is small verticall scroll added.
