Hey Alex,
At this stage, UIkit 3 is in beta and there is no plan to implement it in Beans before it is really stable.
Since UIkit 3 is not fully backwards compatible, we have to work with an action plan to insure the smoothest upgrade possible. I can't tell you much more for now as I haven't played with it much yet but I will communicate about it in due time.
