How to scroll men

My website, uses a navigation menu down the left side. It is larger than a page - and used to scroll - but I can no longer get to any of the menu below the screen.

What did I do wrong? How do I fix it? Thanks.

The malware was removed, the site theme updated, and the site scrolls fine now. Thank you for the offer.
