How to Remove Tags from Front Page?

I want to remove the category and tags from below posts on the front page. (Not the individual post page.) I've seen a snippet on removing post meta from individual posts, but not the index.

You can use the remove code on blog template page if you have one or follow with conditional statement for the front page/blog page instead ?
