I wanted to know how do i use beans to make a classified website. How do show ads and all. Can anybody give me an idea..??

Beans is not a theme that gives you any extensions of WordPress. Beans is simply a framework that rapidly and elegantly speeds up the development process, and makes maintaining your code exceptionally fast.
Beans is very much a framework for developers. If you want a classifieds site, you will have to either build it yourself (although that is a large undertaking) or use one of the many great plugins out there. There are a few for WooCommerce.
