I'm really struggling to insert a slider which I want to add as a php include at the top of my posts page (between the nav bar and the posts).
What is the action and hook I need to use for this?

Hey Jason,
It is important to understand how to find which hooks to use on the page. I would suggest to look at this reply and try to understand it as it will give you wings once you do. I think in your case the hook your are looking for is beans_header_after_markup.
Do you want to add a slider only on your blog home page?
